Domain Registrar: The organization which authorized by ICANN to register your domain.
Once you have your own domain name it means your new business entity where you have flexibility of choices to implement. It is very important to have your own domain in order to start making money on internet. I rather say it is compulsory to have a domain name as it is just like you starting your new business and url or domain name is your new business address.
There is a small task of choosing a domain name. It can be any name (alphanumeric) or alpha or numeric. The domain name must meet the regulations given by ICANN.

Try to register your local language word or any phrase which you like. There is another good idea of putting keywords in your domain (e.g) my-pets-stor.com, kittens-dogs-pets.com. You can have advantage of choosing such name, it will be easy for you to optimize your keywords on search engines. It is also called SEO strategy.
